“Joy is a Choice Away.”

Much of this website is on my healing journey…so this bio page will be short.  On April 10th, 2008, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I made a decision to look at it as a beautiful journey that would bring gifts and blessings. And so it did.

I had a double mastectomy and one year of chemo.  Sure, the physical part was difficult from time to time. But I didn’t focus on that.  At all.  I focused on the beauty that surrounded me: family, friendship, healers, nature, my pets.  Anything and everything that brought me joy.

For me, cancer has gone from being a dreaded enemy to a catalyst for my own growth.  I received the All Clear a few months ago.  I am happy, healthy and so very grateful.  Now…it’s time to pay it forward.  I am dedicating my life to helping others live a positive, joyful life, no matter.

Feel free to reach out to me. I’m here (we’re all here) to help.
