General Terms and Conditions:

By submitting the form expressing interest in attending the Living Life Again Retreat for Survivors, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Payment Policy: To reserve your spot at the retreat:

• 50% deposit is due by June 20, 2023
• The remaining 50% balance is due by July 20, 2023

Payment can be made by card, or ACH. Payment by card will cost more, as the payment processor typically charges a fee of 2.9% and 60 cents, while payment by ACH is usually a 1% fee. Payment by ACH will be the advertised amount of $3,500 per person.

Discount: There will be a 10% discount per person if you bring a girlfriend/survivor that is willing to share one of the king or queen beds with you.

This is an intimate retreat of no more than 10 women. Space is limited. Magnolia Manor requires specific dates for payments.

Cancellation Policy:

This below we don’t want to even think about…because you totally need to come. But…if we must:

• 50% refundable between August 1- September 1
• 25 % refundable September 2 – September 20
• Nonrefundable after September 21 2023

Liability Waivers: You will be required to sign two liability waivers before attending the retreat. One for the property and one for Living Life Again Retreat.  Legal stuff…. but important.

Photography and Video Release: Positivelypat.com may take photographs or video footage of the retreat, but your participation is optional. If you choose to participate, you grant Positivelypat.com permission to use the photographs or video footage taken of you during the retreat for promotional purposes. Always with the intent of helping other women.

Transportation: We are not responsible for transportation to the retreat. However, we will do our best to provide attendees with guidance on how to get there.

Privacy Policy: At Positivelypat.com, we take your privacy seriously. We will only use the information you provide to us for the purposes of organizing and communicating with you about the Living Life Again Retreat for Survivors. We may share your information with the payment processor and the bank if you choose to pay by card or check. We will also share your information with The Horse Shoe Farm, as they are the vendor that will host the event for us. We will not share your information with any other third parties unless required to do so by law. We will retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. You have the right to request access to or correction of your personal information.
